What we collect
- Account — name, username, email, password (hashed).
- Pet profiles & health records — species, breed, weight, sensitivities, vaccinations, notes you add.
- Orders & bookings — what you bought or booked, and with whom.
- Payments — processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Content — photos, videos, reviews you post.
- Technical — IP address and basic logs for security and abuse-prevention.
How we use it
To run your account, personalize the catalog and box, process orders and bookings, prevent fraud and abuse, and communicate with you. Pet health details are shared only with the pros you book, to provide the service — and with no one else.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your pet's health records to target advertising.
Sharing
With Providers you transact with (limited to what the service needs); with processors like Stripe and our email/hosting providers; and where required by law. Public content (feed posts, reviews, seller profiles) is visible to others by design.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and (with your consent) analytics/embeds. See our Cookie Policy.
Security & retention
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/HSTS), a strict content-security policy, hashed passwords, and login-attempt limiting. We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data, and close your account. Email hello@everypethaven.com and we'll help. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (e.g. GDPR/CCPA). Our service is not directed to children under 13.
